From the Westside
- Go South on I-295
- Exit onto Blanding Blvd. and go South towards Orange Park Mall
- Turn onto Kingsley Ave (east)
- Look on the left side of the road for the Quest sign and turn left.
- *Once you turn off of Kingsley Avenue onto Professional Center Drive, we are the third building on the left. After passing Signet Diagnostics, turn left off of Professional Center Drive into the office complex. Clay eye is directly across the street from us. Walk though the double glass doors and we are in Suite A on the right.*
From Highway 17
- From Hwy 17 (Park Ave) turn west onto Kingsley Ave.
- Drive Past Orange Park Medical Center.
- Look on the left side of the road for the Quest sign and turn right.
- *Once you turn off of Kingsley Avenue onto Professional Center Drive, we are the third building on the left. After passing Signet Diagnostics, turn left off of Professional Center Drive into the office complex. Clay eye is directly across the street from us. - Turn east onto Kingsley Ave.

- Go North on N. Ponce de Leon Blvd. (US-1 North).
- Turn left onto St. Augustine Rd.
- Go to Baptist Medical Center South, Medical Office Buildings.

From Jacksonville, North of Downtown:
- Go South on I-95.
- Exit onto St. Augustine Rd. East.
- Continue on St. Augustine Rd. until you get to Baptist Medical Center South.
- Go to the Medical Office Buildings.

From Orange Park/Westside:
- Go South on I-295 toward St. Augustine.
- Exit on Old. St. Augustine Rd. (exit 3).
- Merge onto St. Augustine Rd. and continue to Baptist Medical Center South.
- Go to the Medical Office Buildings.
